This search will return results in relevance to the word or phrase you search for, ie, if you search for "polymer resins " and "any words" are chosen as the option, you will get all documents with the words "polymer" and "resins".

However, if you choose the "all words" option, you will get all documents with "polymer","resins", and "polymer resins" or "polyresins".

To narrow your results, choose the third option "exact phrase" and you will only get back the combination of words, ie, "polymer resins".
