All materials should be inspected and tested before use. In case any defects are found, the material should not be used and we are to be notified at once. If material is used it shall be considered as an unequivocal acceptance of the same and conclusive evidence that it is not defective and is of the character and type ordered. All prices subject to change without notice. The merchandise herein referred to is sold without warranties expressed or implied. These conditions shall not be waived other than in writing by an officer of this company.

We hereby certify that goods are produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 6, 7 and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division issued under Section 14 thereof.
